We stayed overnight on our way home after a 3 week European holiday. The location was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. It was great the restaurant was open late so we were able to have a lovely late dinner. Would definintely stay here again

Our room was only set up for 1 person, although we booked for 2 so only one towel and not enough pillows when we phoned reception to ask for another towel and pillow we were told housekeeping was closed. Disppointing.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the central station and the convention center. It was also close to the financial district and the old town, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers like us. The room we stayed in was spacious, modern, and clean, which gave us a great first impression of the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They even upgraded our room to one with a balcony, which was a lovely surprise. The hotel also had a courtyard area where we could take our dog out without having to go to the street, which was a convenient feature. we were very satisfied with the location and the quality of services provided. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

The older rooms are faded and aging, a renovaton may be necessary soon. I am sure the superior rooms are better maintained

Breakfast is way too expensive! The Breakfast staff could be a little bit more friendly, (but hey this is Germany and it is the morning!) and the fried eggs are always cold!!

One of the hotel's special highlights is the paternoster lift, which takes guests up to the seventh floor. How charming!

The bathrooms were so small that I had to get out of the shower just to open the door. Brilliant design!
